Conveniently located for skiing, with the slopes just a short walk away. Our room was equipped with modern facilities and kept very clean. We especially enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to prepare our meals.

Limited breakfast options for Western travelers. , it was not clear when we made our reservation that the property was an apartment service, so we had to make reservations in advance for our meals and bring our own drinking water.

There was limited local knowledge from reception staff, which was disappointing for those wanting insider tips about the area.

Couldn't stay longer.

We couldn't have asked for a better location - just steps away from the gondola and close to two onsens. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, with heated rooms for drying gear and a convenient ski room with a boot dryer. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and there was even a vegan option available for one of our party.

There was nothing we didn't like.
